  • Allowing users to browse, search, and filter deals by store, category, or discount type
  • Providing a community verification system where users can report whether a code worked
  • Offering personalized deal recommendations based on browsing preferences
  • Sending notifications about new deals and expiring offers (with your consent)

TrulyCodes does not sell products or services directly. We serve as an intermediary that connects users with publicly available promotional offers from third-party retailers.

4. Account Registration

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current

  • Not submit fraudulent, misleading, or fake coupon codes

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
  • Not harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service
  • Not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of TrulyCodes, retailers, and other users

6. User-Generated Content

You may submit content to the Service, including coupon codes, reviews, ratings, and comments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant TrulyCodes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that your submissions do not infringe on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Links and Retailers

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including online retailers. These links are provided for your convenience, and TrulyCodes does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, products, services, or practices of third-party websites.

When you follow a link to a retailer's website or use a coupon code, you are subject to that retailer's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and return policy. Any transactions you complete with a retailer are solely between you and the retailer. TrulyCodes is not a party to any such transaction and has no liability for any products or services purchased through third-party retailers.

8. Coupon Code Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, TrulyCodes cannot guarantee that any coupon code listed on our platform will work at the time of use. Coupon codes may expire, have usage limits, geographic restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, or be modified or revoked by retailers at any time without notice.

Community verification data (such as success rates) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee that a code will work for every user. Discount amounts, percentage savings, and deal descriptions are based on information available at the time of listing and may vary.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on TrulyCodes, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Service, is the property of TrulyCodes or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The TrulyCodes name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TrulyCodes. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

TrulyCodes does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that the results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRULYCODES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrulyCodes, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which TrulyCodes is established.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrulyCodes regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and TrulyCodes relating to your use of the Service.
