Do I need to register an account to use discount codes?

Discount Code Usage
Why do some "verified" discount codes not work?
Even codes with the "Verified" label may not work in some cases. This is common because discount codes are ultimately controlled by the merchant. We remove expired codes and verify new codes daily, but the following factors may still cause them to be invalid:
- Usage limit reached: The code has a total usage limit, such as 1000 uses or one use per person, and has already been used up.
- Cart conditions not met: Limited to specific categories, e.g., clothing only (excluding shoes), specific brands, minimum purchase threshold (e.g., $50+), new user exclusive, or excluding certain items such as gift cards or discounted items.
- Special requirements not met: Requires other promotions, member-exclusive offers, app-exclusive offers, first-time purchase, specific payment methods, etc.
- Merchant temporary changes: Merchants may remove or modify rules a few minutes/hours before you use the code, or the code may become invalid due to stock depletion.
- Technical/Regional issues: Browser cache, VPN/proxy, regional mismatch, e.g., a US-only code won't work in the EU.
Practical suggestions:
- Read the detailed "Terms of Use" and "Restrictions" below the code first; we will try to list all known rules.
- Try 2–3 alternative codes; we usually display multiple options.
- Clear your browser cache/cookies, or switch to incognito mode/a different browser.
- If it still doesn't work, please click "Report this code as invalid" next to the code – we will investigate immediately and update the status within a few hours. Thank you for your report; this helps us maintain industry-leading accuracy.
What to do if the coupon code shows "invalid" or cannot be applied?
Don't worry, most cases can be solved with simple steps. Please try the following in order:
- Check cart conditions: Ensure the total amount meets the minimum spending requirement, the items meet the category requirements, and there are no excluded items.
- Copy accurately: Click the "Copy" button directly to avoid manual input errors such as spaces/case sensitivity.
- Browser environment: Switch to incognito mode, disable other extensions, especially ad blockers, or try Chrome/Edge/Firefox.
- User type matching: If it's "New Customer Only" or "Existing User Reorder," confirm that your account meets the requirements; some codes can only be used once.
- Additional tips: Remove potentially conflicting items from your cart, refresh the page multiple times, or try different devices (mobile vs. computer).
- Still not working? Click "Report this code as invalid" and select the reason, e.g., "Expired," "Doesn't apply," and attach a screenshot. Our community and team will verify and remove/replace it as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Can multiple discount codes be stacked in one shopping cart?
Most merchants only allow one discount code per shopping cart. Trying to stack them usually results in the later code being invalid or overwriting the previous one.
A few merchants support stacking, e.g., platform coupons + store coupons + category coupons. We will clearly indicate "Stackable" or "Can be used with promotions" in the code description.
Money-saving tips:
- Prioritize using the code with the biggest discount; we sort them by % off or $ off.
- Check for site-wide promotions that can be combined with discount codes, e.g., free shipping thresholds.
- If stacking is supported, it's recommended to use fixed-amount discounts first, then percentage discounts, as the order sometimes affects the final amount.

Privacy & Security
Will you share my shopping data?
Absolutely not. We strictly adhere to our privacy policy and only collect and use the minimum necessary data to match discount codes (e.g., visited merchant URLs and shopping cart page information, processed locally by the browser extension).
We do not:
- Sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties (unless legally required, such as by court order).

We do not issue, generate, or control these codes, nor do we have a direct partnership with merchants (unless explicitly stated as an affiliate partner).
Any problems arising from the use of promotional codes – including but not limited to:
- Invalid or inapplicable codes
- Incorrect discount amounts
- Order processing failures
- Merchant refusal to apply the code, temporary account flagging
- Fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, or any transaction disputes
are the direct responsibility of you (the user) and the merchant/retailer. We assume no responsibility, liability, or obligation for these issues.
We are committed to providing the latest and most accurate discount information:
- Expired codes are automatically removed daily
- Continuously updated through community reports and automated checks
- Codes marked "Verified" have been successfully tested daily
However, the final validity, rules, and availability of promotional codes are determined by the merchant and may change at any time (without prior notice).
